"I requested a copy of my insurance card for my ATV. I received it and sent it to the ATV club that I belong to to remain in good standing because they require all ATVs to have insurance and registration. Unfortunately, the card that I was sent, was from two years prior to the present date. My membership was suspended from the ATV club because I didn’t furnish them and up-to-date insurance card. In turn, I had to call back and request another insurance card to be sent."
